To schedule an appointment, please call us at 973-928-1325.

It is helpful to bring the following to your scheduled orthopedic appointment:

• Insurance ID Card
• Referral Forms (if applicable)
• X-Rays, MRIs, or other studies
• List of current medications
• A pair of shorts (for patients with leg, knee, ankle, or foot problems)

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us at least a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellation. We appreciate this courtesy so we can give all cancelled appointments to other patients.

Workers Comp

Dr. Lager is a member of some Workers Compensation panels. He is happy to help an injured patient return to work as soon as possible. Reports can be provided within twenty-four (24) hours after a patient visit. Please call to schedule your appointment today.

Independent Medical Exams

Dr. Lager routinely performs several Independent Medical Exams (IMEs) each week. He works with several local insurance companies. Reports are available within twenty-four (24) hours after patient visits.

Legal Work

Gotham City Orthopedics, LLC is unique in that we have our own on-site legal department with qualified experts. Dr. Lager is experienced in treating NO FAULT accident patients, slips and falls and other traumas. He has worked with attorneys for many years as an expert witness for plaintiffs and defense cases. Reports are available within twenty-four hours after the patient visit. Dr. Lager has supported the New Jersey Association for Justice for many years, and is scheduled to lecture at the Association annual boardwalk seminar in April 2010.
